June 29-July 1 the EACES-HSE Workshop “Political Economy of Development: New Challenges and Perspectives” was held at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and proceeded the 4th ICSID Conference “Institutions, Elites and Collective Action in the Developing World” that took place on June 30 – July 1, 2015.
